Operation Keep Well is a fun initiative to encourage the people of Cavan to get active and Keep Well in January. You can get involved through your community or online.

  1. How Do I Sign Up?

For the community programme you need to register with your community on their dedicated Facebook page. Registration opens on January 4th and you can find the list ON OUR WEBSITE.

  1. Who can get involved? 

Everyone! Please make sure to share with your friends and family. Operation Keep Well has something to suit everyone who wants to get active and Keep Well.

  1. Can I do Online and Community Programmes?

Yes. We encourage everyone to sign up for as much as they are comfortable with. 

  1. There are no spaces left in my community. What should I do?
