Go All Out week has been developed by Cara Sport Inclusion Ireland supported by Sport Ireland Outdoors to increase awareness among people with disabilities, their families/carers and outdoor activity providers on the benefits of regular exercise, a healthy lifestyle, and opportunities to participate in physical activity, of people’s own choosing in the outdoors. Go All Out also aims to increase the awareness and build the capacity of outdoor activity providers to be more inclusive and understanding of their provision of accessible and inclusive programmes for people with disabilities in their local community.

Monday 18th July – Accessible Walk
A guided accessible walk around the grounds of Castle Saunderson, Belturbet Cavan. Suitable for adults of all abilities. Meeting at the cark park behind the castle at 11am. Limited places available and pre-registration essential. To register a place please email Dean at dmcelroy@cavancoco.ie
Monday 18th July – Wednesday 20th Inclusive Sailing
Inclusive Sailing sessions with Ramor Watersports Club on their new accessible boat The Lady Amanda - Coulman V20. Suitable for children and adults with a disability.

Wednesday 20th July Hydro Bikes Taster
Hydro Bike taster sessions for adults with a disability on Wednesday 20th July
from 11am-1pm (30 Minute Slots for groups) at Carafin Lodge, Inishmore, Butlersbridge.
So why not take cycling off the road and onto the water with an inclusive hydrobike which is a great for exercise.

Wednesday 20th July Fishing Tasters
Inclusive Fishing programme for children with a disability aged 10-17 years at Town Park Lake, Killeshandra. The programme is being delivered by Inland fisheries who provide all equipment.
